VISA KUNJUNGAN WISATA

1. Passport validity of minimum 6 months from estimated arrival date.

2. Sponsorship letter in English from the company where applicant works and cannot sponsored your ownself.

3. Copy of SIUP ( If applicant is business owner or business purposes)

4. Last 3 months of Financial statements ( Company financial statement if business matter)

5. Original bank references in accordance with financial evidence.

6. Hotel confirmation, travel insurance, print out reservation ticket

7. Copy of Family card ( KK ), Marriage Certificiation ( Akte Nikah ), Birth Certificate ( Akte Lahir), Certificate of Change of Name (Surat Ganti Nama)

8. Copy of Student Card ( Kartu Pelajar ) / School letter of Confirmation, Copy of Resident Identity Card (KTP) for adults

9. Newest photo with 3,5x4,5 size (2 sheets) with white background focus 70% on face

10. Copy of credit card

11. Fill and sign the form

12. If needed, applicant must show original financial statement when making visa application especially for Schengen Embassy

13. If there is any family in the country, please include

    • Copy of passport and visa of the family

    • Evidence of relationships such as birth certificates

    • Invitation letter which verified by local government.
